Connect via QR code

Open Integrations

In the left sidebar, click Integrations → Personal WhatsApp.

Click Connect

Click the Connect button. A QR code appears on screen.

Scan the QR code from your phone

On your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked devices → Link a device, then scan the QR code displayed in Orsay.

Stay online

Keep your phone connected to the internet. Orsay sends from your real WhatsApp account, so the phone needs to be reachable.

Connection status

Once linked, the integrations page shows a live Connected / Disconnected indicator (refreshed every 15 seconds). If your phone goes offline or you log out from your phone, Orsay will show Disconnected and pause the sequence — reconnect by re-scanning a new QR code.

Daily sending limit [#daily-sending-limit]

To protect your number from being flagged or banned by WhatsApp, each connected number is capped at ~37 new conversations per day. This cap is lower than a regular Business API number on purpose — personal numbers are more sensitive to being flagged for automated behavior. Once the cap is hit, new leads wait until the next day; it resets on a rolling 24-hour basis. Connect additional numbers to raise your total daily capacity.
