This is the inbound Instagram integration — Orsay reads and responds to people who already engaged with your account. There are no daily limits on inbound: every message gets a reply.
Connect your Instagram account
Open Integrations → Instagram
In the sidebar, click Integrations → Instagram → Connect Instagram.
Authorize via Facebook
You’re redirected to Facebook. Log in to the Facebook account that owns the Instagram business profile, then approve the permissions Orsay needs (read messages, send messages, read comments).
Pick the Instagram account
If your Facebook account manages multiple Instagram accounts, pick the one you want to connect.
Confirm
You’re sent back to Orsay. The integrations page shows the new account as Connected.
