From Conversations, you can export one conversation or the conversations matching a selected period.

Choose the export path

Open a conversation to export it individually, or start a period export from the Conversations page.

Select the period

For a period export, choose the dates you need. The period selects conversations by the date of their latest message.

Start generation

Start the export. Progress continues in the background while the CSV is prepared.

Download the file

When the export is ready, download it from Conversations.
The CSV contains available identity — name plus username or phone number when available — along with channel, classification, and message count. For each selected conversation, it includes every non-deleted message with its timestamp, direction, author, and content.
The period applies to each conversation’s latest message. Once a conversation is selected, its non-deleted messages are included in the export.
