✨ Create a sequence with AI

Before you begin, create at least one agent. Depending on the journey you want to build, also connect an Instagram or WhatsApp account.

Open Sequences

In Sequences, click Create with AI.

Describe the journey

Explain your goal and expected journey, then answer the AI’s questions.

Review the preview

Check the name, trigger, agent, connected account, keywords when relevant, delays, and steps.

Create the sequence

Confirm creation. The sequence is created inactive.

Verify before activation

Open the sequence in the editor, review each step, and test the journey before activating it.

For a WhatsApp outbound journey, use the classic editor to build and control each step directly before activation.
