  • Date range picker (defaults to today)
  • Sequence filter to drill into specific campaigns

  • Metrics cards: Total Leads, Total Responded, Positive / Negative / Engaged / No Answer counts and percentages, Response Rate, Positive Rate

3. Lead Finder Analytics

Instagram lead generation analytics with detailed action tracking. Two tabs:
  • Summary — Metrics for the selected account and date range:
    • Leads Found, Leads Followed, Leads Contacted, Posts Liked
    • Qualified Leads Ratio, Follow-Back Ratio, Response Rate
    • Follower Evolution chart
  • History — A real-time action log showing individual follow, contact, and like events
Other features:
  • Instagram account selector — switch between connected Lead Finder accounts
  • Account status header showing warm-up progress and ramp-up info
  • Blacklist management — view/add/remove blacklisted Instagram usernames
  • Date range + sequence filtering
  • Paginated leads table (50 per page)

4. Agents

Manage the AI agents that power your conversations. Two tabs:
  • Conversational — List of active AI agents. Each can be edited, configured, or deleted. Agents handle and respond to leads.
  • Filtering (coming soon) — Agents for classifying leads before contacting them.
Sub-pages: Create agent, Edit agent (for both conversational and filtering).

5. Sequences

Build and manage message sequences — multi-step outreach flows sent to leads.
  • Search sequences by name
  • List with status (active/inactive), trigger type, and channel (WhatsApp / Instagram)
  • Duplicate or delete sequences
  • Create sequence button — manual builder
  • AI Builder button — AI-assisted sequence creation

6. Campaigns

Send bulk messages to filtered groups of leads. Left panel — Filters & Message:
  • Filter by channel (Instagram, WhatsApp)
  • Filter by classification (Positive, Negative, Engaged, Undetermined)
  • Message editor with variable insertion ({{firstname}}, {{lastname}}, {{username}})
  • Live message preview
  • Send to All or Pick Manually mode
Right panel — Lead List:
  • Searchable list of matching leads
  • Avatar, name/username/phone, channel badge, classification badge
  • Checkbox selection per lead
  • Select All / Deselect All
  • Lead count (selected / total)

8. Conversation Improvements

AI-powered quality review system that audits conversations and flags issues.
  • Status filter tabs: Pending, Approved, Dismissed, All
  • Run Review button — triggers an AI scan of the last 24 hours of conversations (rate-limited)
  • Shows last run time
  • Review cards displaying:
    • Lead name, severity (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW), type (QUALITY, GUARDRAIL, TONE), channel, status
    • The problematic message (highlighted)
    • The AI-suggested fix/rule
  • Actions: Approve (assign to an agent), Dismiss, Cancel (revert approval)
