Automatically respond to DMs, story replies, and comments from your Instagram audience
Orsay AI captures incoming leads with instant DM responses and automated follow-ups that convert your Instagram community into booked appointments. This works for people who comment on your posts, reply to your stories, or send you a DM.
Inbound sequences have no daily limits — unlike outbound, you can handle unlimited incoming interactions.
Contact people with existing conversation history: Choose YES to respond to everyone, or NO to only respond to new people you haven’t interacted with before
Answer delay: Add a delay before the agent responds to make it feel natural
Follow-ups: Automatically follow up with leads who’ve engaged but gone quiet

(Optional) Add trigger keywords to make this a keyword-specific sequence:
The sequence will only trigger when the story reply contains one of those keywords
If no keywords are added, it becomes a global sequence that triggers on all story replies
Keywords are case-insensitive and use OR logic (any keyword match triggers it)
(Optional) Select target stories to limit the sequence to replies on specific active stories only. If no stories are selected, it triggers for all stories.
Write your template message — this is the first message sent to the person. You can include a link or a button in this message.

You can combine keywords and post/story targeting to create highly specific sequences:

Behavior
Global
None
None
Triggers on all comments/replies (fallback)
Keyword-specific
Set
None
Triggers only when text contains a keyword
Post/Story-scoped
Optional
Set
Triggers only for selected posts/stories
Matching priority: When a comment or story reply arrives, sequences are evaluated in this order:
Post/Story-scoped sequences — checked first
Keyword-specific sequences — checked next
Global sequence — used as fallback
Example: Create a keyword sequence with “price” and “pricing” to route pricing inquiries to a specialized agent, while a global sequence handles all other comments with a general-purpose agent.
