The menu is at the top left. This menu will be used to manage your conversations, lead qualifications, send messages, and files. To view your conversations, you need to create your sequence first.

If the sequence is created correctly

The page will be displayed like this: If you wish to sort your conversations:
  • Click on “newest”
  • Here you can choose to sort between “newest” and “oldest”
If you wish to sort your conversations by lead type: Click on “show:” Here you can choose between:
  • positive
  • engaged
  • indeterminate
  • negative
You can also re-classify conversations manually. To do this:
  • Click on the arrow (engaged, positive, etc.)
  • Select the state of the conversation
  • Click on “Confirm”
The conversation will be placed directly in the correct section.

Choose your sequence:

On the right, in “sequence”, you can select the message sequence you want (the sequences you’ve just created)In the same place, you can activate or deactivate your sequence. Messages will no longer be sent in this conversation

How to reply:

In “reply to”, you can write your own replyYou can add emojis as well as images or files

Send Voice Notes

You can also send voice notes. Simply:
  • Click on the microphone “voice notes”
  • Speak
  • Click on “Stop recording”
  • Then click on “Send”
