# 🆕 What's new Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/changelog Every feature shipped in Orsay — newest first. Click through for the full guide. This is the **single source of truth** for everything we've shipped recently. Each entry links to the deep guide so you can go from headline to setup in one click. The same list powers the **What's new** modal in-app. If you closed it too fast, you're in the right place. *** ## WhatsApp round videos (PTV) \[#whatsapp-round-video] *Released May 2026* · `whatsapp` · `video` Send **round videos** (Push To Video) in your WhatsApp sequences — the native circular format that shows up directly in chat as a video note. Open rates skyrocket compared to a regular video link. * Format: square video (1:1), **max \~60 seconds**, MP4 H.264. * Record on the spot from your device or upload a file (public URL, base64, or multipart). * Works on Personal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business API. * Available options: `delay`, `quoted`, `mentionsEveryOne`, `mentioned`. **Where it shines:** * **Ultra-personal cold outreach** — A video circle with your face in the WhatsApp chat catches the eye instantly. The lead sees a real human before even tapping. * **Quick product demos** — 30 seconds of screen-share in a round video > a paragraph of text. * **Creative follow-ups** — Combine cloned voice + round video in a multi-step sequence to maximize replies. * **Personal branding** — Coaches, founders: a short personalized video message beats any text template. **→ [Full guide: WhatsApp round videos](/en/guides\&tutorials/sequences#whatsapp-round-video)** *** ## Voice notes in personal WhatsApp sequences \[#personal-whatsapp-audio] *Released April 2026* · `personal-whatsapp` · `audio` Connect your **personal WhatsApp** with a QR code — no Business API setup — and **send a voice note as the template (first message)** of any sequence. Leads hear your real voice before reading any text, which dramatically lifts reply rate on cold outreach. * Connect via **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Personal WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/personal-whatsapp)** → scan the QR code on your phone. * In any Personal WhatsApp sequence, switch the **first action step** to *Voice note* — record in-editor or upload (max 25 MB; MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, WebM). * The voice note plays *before* the text; subsequent steps stay in text and delays. **→ [Full guide: Personal WhatsApp + voice notes](/en/guides\&tutorials/sequences#personal-whatsapp-audio)** *** ## Claude MCP integration \[#claude-mcp] *Released April 2026* · `integrations` · `mcp` Use Orsay's tools — sequences, conversations, lead lookups — directly from **Claude** (or any MCP-compatible client) with one-click MCP setup. Pipe Orsay into your existing AI workflow without writing code. * One-click connect from **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Connect MCP](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/claude-mcp/connect-claude-mcp)**. * Authenticated, scoped to your organization. * Works with Claude Desktop and any MCP client. **What you can do with it:** * **Ask Claude about your pipeline** — *"Which leads from last week's Instagram sequence replied positively but never booked?"* Claude queries Orsay, returns the list, drafts a follow-up. * **Reporting in plain English** — *"Compare reply rates across my 3 active sequences this month"* without opening dashboards. * **Pull conversation context anywhere** — Bring a lead's full thread into Claude while writing a custom proposal or email. * **Cross-tool workflows** — Combine Orsay's MCP with other servers (Notion, Linear, Gmail) so Claude can read an Orsay conversation → create a Linear ticket → draft a proposal in Notion, all in one prompt. * **Ad-hoc segmentation** — *"Find leads who mentioned 'pricing' in the last 30 days but haven't received the pricing sequence"* → push them into the right flow. → Open Orsay → **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → **[Connect MCP](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/claude-mcp/connect-claude-mcp)**, copy the URL into Claude Desktop or any MCP client. *** ## Voice cloning \[#voice-cloning] *Released March 2026* · `voice` · `tts` Clone your voice from a 1-2 minute sample and send **personalized AI voice messages** to leads — at scale, in your own voice, with three tone presets. * Record or upload a sample → cloned voice ready in minutes. * Three tones: *Professional*, *Friendly*, *Enthusiastic*. * Optional **natural hesitations** ("um", "you know") and **background noise** (cafĂ©, street) for extra realism. * Up to **5 cloned voices** per organization. **Where it shines:** * **Personalized cold outreach at scale** — Voice notes typically lift WhatsApp reply rates 2–3× vs. text. Send one in *your* voice to every new lead without recording 200 takes. * **Re-engaging cold leads** — A *Friendly*-tone "hey, just thinking about you
" lands very differently from a text follow-up. * **Multilingual presence** — Clone once, write the script in any language, deliver in your voice across French / English / Spanish leads. * **Founders & coaches selling personal brand** — When the relationship *is* the product, audio in your voice beats perfect text. * **Booking confirmations & reminders** — A short *Professional*-tone note 24h before a call feels like a human assistant, not a bot. * **High-ticket sales nudges** — *Enthusiastic* tone + cafĂ© background = "I just thought of you between meetings" — drives mid-funnel leads off the fence. **→ [Full guide: Clone your voice](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning#clone-your-voice)** *** ## Build sequences with AI \[#build-with-ai] *Released March 2026* · `sequences` · `ai` Stop writing sequences from scratch. Describe your goal in plain language and the AI builds the **complete flow** — triggers, messages, delays, follow-ups — that you can edit step by step. * Click **Build with AI** when creating a sequence. * Re-run the AI on a single step at any time. **→ [Full guide: Build sequences with AI](/en/guides\&tutorials/sequences#build-with-ai)** *** ## Resources & external links on agents \[#resources] *Released March 2026* · `agents` Give your agent a **library of links** — landing pages, case studies, testimonials, videos — and the AI shares the right one at the right moment in conversation. Stop pasting links manually. * Add a name, URL, and short description per resource. * The AI decides when to share based on conversation context. **→ [Full guide: Resources on agents](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents#resources)** *** ## AI improvement suggestions \[#improvements] *Released February 2026* · `quality` · `agents` An AI quality reviewer scans the last 24h of conversations and **flags issues** — quality, guardrail, and tone misses — with suggested fixes you can approve into your agent's rules. * Severity levels: HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW. * Approve a fix → it becomes a rule on the assigned agent. **→ [Full guide: Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements)** *** ## Connect your WhatsApp instantly \[#whatsapp] *Released February 2026* · `whatsapp` · `integrations` Link your WhatsApp Business account in **under 2 minutes** with the streamlined integration flow. Scan, validate, send. **→ [Full guide: Connect WhatsApp](/en/quickstart/whatsapp)** *** ## Keyword-based flows for Instagram \[#instagram-keyword-flows] *Released February 2026* · `instagram` · `sequences` Trigger an Instagram inbound sequence **only when a specific keyword** appears in a comment or story reply. Run different flows for "price", "info", "demo" — all from the same post. * Case-insensitive, OR-matched. * Optional scope to specific posts or stories. **→ [Full guide: Instagram keyword flows](/en/guides\&tutorials/sequences#instagram-keyword-flows)** *** ## Export your analytics \[#analytics-export] *Released December 2025* · `analytics` Export everything visible on the Analytics dashboard — filtered by date range and sequence — as a **CSV in one click**. **→ [Full guide: Export analytics](/en/overview/analytics#export)** *** ## Export your conversations \[#conversations-export] *Released December 2025* · `conversations` Download **every conversation, every message, every lead profile** with qualification status as a single CSV from the Conversations page. **→ [Full guide: Export conversations](/en/guides\&tutorials/conversations#export)** *** Want a feature that isn't here? Each agent is designed to automate lead engagement and manage conversations for your workspace. * **Click on Agents** When you first access the **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)** page, you may see: * A list of existing agents (if any have already been created) * Agent names, statuses (Active/Inactive), and the primary **Goal** of each agent ## Create Agents **When you start building your AI agent on Orsay.ai, you’ll see two options. Think of them like two different paths:** ### 1 - Custom Prompt Agent: The **Custom Prompt Agent**, where you write detailed instructions to shape the agent’s behavior. This gives you more control, but it’s better suited for advanced users. ### 2 - Guided AI Agent Setup: The **Guided AI Setup** is quick and beginner-friendly. You just answer a few questions and your agent is ready. For most users, the guided option is the easiest and recommended. 1. **Click on “GUIDED AI AGENT SETUP”** 2. **Fill in the agent details**: * **Agent name**: Give your agent a recognizable name (e.g., “Rico Coolz”) * **Agent personality**: Lets you choose a preset personality for your agent. For example, “Man 25yo – Confident, Resourceful, Determined, Charismatic” * **Agent language**: Choose the main language for the agent’s responses * **Business description (1 sentence)**: Provide a brief description of your business so the agent can reference it when interacting with leads * **Your business offer**: Describe what you’d like the AI to pitch or highlight (e.g., product, service, special promotion) and share everything you want the AI to know about your offer * **Qualification questions**: List questions your agent should ask the leads for qualification (e.g., current situation, budget, interest). Click on + if you want to add multiple questions * **Call strategy**: Specify whether the agent should check if the lead agrees to a callback or invite them to book a call directly (**Booking call link is required**). It's about choosing between passive follow-up or active scheduling * **Emoji frequency**: Control how often the agent uses emojis (we recommend 25%) * **Emoji list (optional)**: You can choose the emojis your agent will use in its responses * **Directness**: Determine whether the agent’s tone is more empathetic or more direct (**0 = empathetic, 10 = highly direct for more calls**, we recommend 2) 3. **Click on “Save draft”** and **“Publish agent” (top right)** to finalize and add it to your list ### Editing Agents You can modify an agent’s details at any time to better suit your needs: 1. **Locate the agent** in the list on the **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)** page 2. **Click the ellipsis (three dots)** next to the agent’s name 3. **Select “Edit”**: You’ll be taken to the same form used to create the agent 4. **Make your changes**: Adjust any fields, such as agent name, personality, language, or strategy 5. **Click “Publish agent”**: The agent’s configuration will update accordingly **While editing, you can also preview the agent to verify the conversation flow (Conversation test).** ## Resources & external links \[#resources] Give your agent a library of links — landing pages, case studies, testimonials, videos — and the AI will share the right one at the right moment in a conversation. Go to **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)**, pick the agent, and open the **Resources** section. For each link, provide: * A **name** (what it is) * A **URL** * A short **description** (when the AI should share it) The agent will reference these resources contextually — e.g. drop a booking link when a lead asks for a call, or share a testimonial when a lead is hesitant. Resources work best when descriptions are written from the AI's perspective: *"Send this link when the lead asks about pricing."* If you need help configuring your AI agent, Orsay's support team is here for you! Reach out to us on [WhatsApp](https://wa.me/33780905889) for quick and personalized assistance. # 📣 Campaigns Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/guides&tutorials/campaigns Send a one-off bulk message — including a voice message — to filtered WhatsApp leads. A **Campaign** is a one-shot bulk send to existing WhatsApp leads. Unlike a sequence (which runs continuously on a trigger), a campaign goes out **once**, to the audience you select, with the message you write. **WhatsApp only.** Campaigns work on personal WhatsApp and the WhatsApp Business API. They are the right tool when you want to broadcast something *now* (a launch, an event, a promo) — and especially powerful for sending a **voice message as the first contact**. ## When to use a Campaign vs a Sequence | Use a **Sequence** when
 | Use a **Campaign** when
 | | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------ | | You want continuous, trigger-based automation (every new lead enters the flow) | You want a one-time blast to a defined list | | Each lead is processed individually, on their own clock | Every lead receives the message at the same time | | The first message is a template that runs forever | You're announcing something *now* | ## Send an audio-first Campaign on WhatsApp The headline use case: open a campaign with a **voice message** so leads hear your real voice before any text. In the sidebar, click **[Campaigns](https://app.orsay.ai/campaigns)** → **+ New campaign**. On the left panel, narrow down who receives the campaign: * **Channel** — pick Personal WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business * **Classification** — Positive / Negative / Engaged / Undetermined * Search by name, phone, or username The right panel updates live with matching leads. Select all, or pick manually with the checkboxes. In the message editor: * Switch the message type to **đŸŽ™ïž Voice message**. * **Record** directly in the editor or **upload** an audio file (max 25 MB; MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, WebM). * Optionally add a follow-up text message that goes out right after the voice note. * Personalize text with `{{first_name}}`, `{{last_name}}`, `{{username}}`. The live preview on the right shows the exact message each lead will receive. Click **Send now** to broadcast immediately, or **Schedule** to set a future date/time. ## Text-only campaigns Voice isn't mandatory — you can send a text-only Campaign exactly the same way (skip the voice step in the editor). All the same filters, variables, and scheduling apply. ## After the campaign Every reply lands in [Conversations](/en/personal-whatsapp/5-conversations) and is handled by the assigned agent (or by you if you take over). Track open rate, response rate, and positive rate in [Analytics](/en/overview/analytics). ## Bulk lead import (CSV) If your audience isn't yet in Orsay, upload a CSV first via **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Bulk Leads](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/bulk-leads) → Upload Files**. Then run a Campaign on the freshly imported leads. → For ongoing automation on every new lead, use a [WhatsApp sequence](/en/personal-whatsapp/3-sequence) instead. # đŸ€– MCP Integration Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/guides&tutorials/mcp Connect Orsay to Claude and any MCP-compatible client to manage sequences and conversations in plain English The **Model Context Protocol (MCP)** is an open standard that lets AI clients (Claude, Cursor, etc.) call external tools directly from a prompt. Orsay exposes its data — conversations, sequences, analytics, leads — through a secure, authenticated MCP server. The result: query your pipeline in plain English, trigger Orsay actions, and chain multiple tools together (Notion, Linear, Gmail
) — no code required. ## Connect Go to **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** and click **[Connect MCP](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/claude-mcp/connect-claude-mcp)**. You'll find the MCP server URL to copy: ``` https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/mcp ``` Open your MCP client (Claude.ai, Claude Desktop, Cursor
) and add a new server with that URL. See the [Compatible clients](#clients) section below for step-by-step instructions. Your client will redirect you to Orsay to sign in and grant access. Authorization is **scoped to your organization** — no other account can read your data. ## Compatible clients \[#clients] 1. Go to **[claude.ai/settings/connectors](https://claude.ai/settings/connectors)** 2. Click **Add custom connector** 3. Paste the URL: `https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/mcp` 4. Give it a name (e.g. *Orsay*) and click **Add** 5. Authorize the connection in the Orsay window that opens Once connected, the Orsay icon appears in Claude's toolbar and the tools are available in all your conversations. Open your Claude Desktop config file: * **macOS**: `~/Library/Application Support/Claude/claude_desktop_config.json` * **Windows**: `%APPDATA%\Claude\claude_desktop_config.json` Add the Orsay server under `mcpServers`: ```json theme={null} { "mcpServers": { "orsay": { "url": "https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/mcp" } } } ``` Restart Claude Desktop. Orsay will appear in the available tools list. 1. Open **Settings** → **MCP** 2. Click **Add new global MCP server** 3. Paste the URL: `https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/mcp` 4. Save and restart Cursor if prompted Any client supporting the MCP protocol (Streamable HTTP) can connect using: ``` https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/mcp ``` Refer to your client's documentation for how to add a custom MCP server. ## Available tools \[#tools] 13 tools are exposed. You don't need to call them directly — Claude selects and chains them automatically based on your prompt. ### 💬 Conversations & leads | Tool | What it does | | ---------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | `list_conversations` | List conversations with optional filters: classification (positive, negative, engaged
), channel (WhatsApp / Instagram), result count | | `get_conversation` | Retrieve the full thread of a conversation with all its messages | | `search_conversations` | Search across conversations by text content | | `get_lead_info` | Lead details: name, channel, creation date, profile picture | ### 📊 Analytics | Tool | What it does | | --------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | `get_analytics` | Metrics over a date range: contacts reached, classification breakdown (positive, engaged, negative, undetermined), funnel (conversations started, qualified, links sent). Filterable by sequence or channel | ### ⚡ Sequences | Tool | What it does | | --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | `list_sequences` | List all sequences in the organization (name, trigger, channel, active status) | | `get_sequence_detail` | Full details of a sequence: flow steps, associated agent, working hours, advanced settings | | `create_sequence` | Create a new sequence: trigger, message flow, agent, response delay, working hours
 | | `update_sequence` | Update an existing sequence — only provided fields are changed | | `delete_sequence` | Permanently delete a sequence | ### đŸ€– Agents | Tool | What it does | | ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------ | | `list_agents` | List AI agents available in the organization | | `list_filtering_agents` | List filtering agents (lead qualification before engagement) | ### 🏱 Organization | Tool | What it does | | -------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | `list_organizations` | List all organizations your account belongs to — useful if you manage multiple workspaces | ## Prompt examples \[#examples] Ready-to-use prompts for Claude. **Analyze your pipeline** > *"How many leads replied positively in my Instagram sequences this month? Compare with last month."* **Ad-hoc segmentation** > *"Find leads who mentioned 'pricing' in the last 30 days but haven't received my pricing sequence yet."* **Natural-language reporting** > *"Compare the positive classification rates of my 3 active sequences over the past 14 days and tell me which one performs best."* **Summarize a conversation** > *"Summarize the conversation with lead \[leadId] and write a personalized follow-up based on their last replies."* **Create a sequence** > *"Create an Instagram inbound sequence for the account @myaccount using the 'Sales Agent' agent, a 2-minute response delay, and a welcome message 'Hi there, how can I help you?'. Leave it inactive for now."* **Update a sequence** > *"Activate the 'Spring 2026 Campaign' sequence and change its response delay to 5 minutes."* **Cross-tool workflow** (combining other MCP servers) > *"Read this week's positive Orsay conversations, create a Linear ticket for each one with the lead context, then generate a summary in Notion."* ## Technical reference \[#reference] | Value | Description | | -------------------------------- | --------------------------------------- | | `CONTACT_CREATED` | New contact created in the organization | | `CONTACT_SUBSCRIBED_TO_SEQUENCE` | Contact manually added to a sequence | | `WHATSAPP_MESSAGE` | Incoming WhatsApp message (inbound) | | `INSTAGRAM_COMMENT` | Comment on an Instagram post | | `INSTAGRAM_MESSAGE` | Incoming Instagram direct message | | `INSTAGRAM_STORY_REPLY` | Reply to an Instagram story | `seconds` · `minutes` · `hours` · `days` | Value | Meaning | | -------------- | ---------------------------------------- | | `positive` | Qualified lead, interested | | `engaged` | Lead replied but not yet fully qualified | | `negative` | Unqualified or uninterested lead | | `undetermined` | No reply yet | ## Important notes \[#notes] The `create_sequence`, `update_sequence`, and `delete_sequence` tools **modify your Orsay account in real time**. Always review Claude's proposed actions before confirming. If you manage multiple organizations, Claude will automatically call `list_organizations` to ask which one to use. Mention the organization name in your prompt to skip that step. * Access is authenticated via OAuth 2.0 — only your organization's data is accessible. * The MCP server is **stateless**: each request is independent, with no persistent server-side session. * Compatible with any client supporting the MCP protocol over Streamable HTTP. # đŸŽ™ïž Voice Cloning & AI Voice Messages Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/guides&tutorials/voice-cloning Clone your voice and send ultra-realistic voice messages from your conversations The **voice cloning** feature lets you create a digital copy of your voice, then generate personalized audio messages directly from your conversations. Your leads will receive voice notes indistinguishable from real ones. ## Clone your voice To clone your voice, go to **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Voice Cloning](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/voice-cloning)**. Record yourself via the microphone or upload existing audio files. The more varied and high-quality your samples, the more accurate the clone. * Up to **25 audio files** * Maximum **25 MB** total * Maximum **5 voices** per organization Give your voice a name (e.g. "My pro voice", "Enthusiastic voice"). Click **"Clone"**. The voice is created in seconds and immediately available in your conversations. ## Generate a voice message From any conversation, click the **audio** icon to open the voice message generator. Choose from your cloned voices or the default voice. Type the text you want to convert to audio. The text will be automatically optimized for natural speech delivery. Three tones are available: * **Professional** — stable and composed * **Friendly** — casual and warm * **Enthusiastic** — dynamic and energetic * **Natural hesitations** — Add filler words (um, well, you know
) for an even more human feel. You can customize the word list. * **Background noise** — Add ambient sound (cafĂ© or street) to make it sound like the message was recorded in a real setting. Preview the audio, then click **"Use this audio"** to attach it to your WhatsApp message. ## Natural hesitations To make your voice messages even more realistic, enable **natural hesitations**. The AI will inject filler words and self-corrections into your text before synthesis. Default words: `um, well, so, like, you know, I mean` You can edit the hesitation word list directly in the text field. Adapt them to your speaking style! ## Background noise Two ambient sounds are available: | Ambiance | Description | | ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- | | ☕ **CafĂ©** | Coffee shop background — distant conversations, cups, warm atmosphere | | 🚗 **Street** | Traffic noise — cars, urban atmosphere | The noise is mixed at a subtle volume so it doesn't overpower your voice. ## Manage your voices From **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Voice Cloning](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/voice-cloning)**, you can: * View all your cloned voices * Listen to a preview of each voice * Delete a voice Deleting a voice is permanent. Previously generated audio messages remain available, but you won't be able to create new messages with that voice. # 1. Connect Instagram Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/instagram-inbound/1-connect Link your Instagram account to Orsay so the AI can reply to DMs, story replies, and comments. Connect your Instagram account once, and Orsay can automatically reply to every **DM**, every **reply on your stories**, and every **comment on your posts**. This is the **inbound** Instagram integration — Orsay reads and responds to people who already engaged with your account. There are **no daily limits** on inbound: every message gets a reply. ## Connect your Instagram account In the sidebar, click **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → **Instagram** → **[Connect Instagram](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/instagram/connect)**. You're redirected to Facebook. Log in to the Facebook account that owns the Instagram business profile, then approve the permissions Orsay needs (read messages, send messages, read comments). If your Facebook account manages multiple Instagram accounts, pick the one you want to connect. You're sent back to Orsay. The [integrations page](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) shows the new account as **Connected**. Your Instagram account must be a **Business** or **Creator** account (not Personal), and it must be linked to a **Facebook page**. This is Meta's requirement for any messaging integration. ## Next step → [2. Create an agent](/en/instagram-inbound/2-agent) # 2. Create an agent Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/instagram-inbound/2-agent Build the AI agent that replies to every Instagram DM, story reply, and comment. The **agent** is the AI that replies to every incoming Instagram interaction. Same agent system as every channel. ## Quick path Open **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)** and click **+ Create agent**. Use **Guided AI Setup** for the fastest start. Answer 8 short questions and Orsay writes the prompt for you. Preview in the test panel, then **Publish**. → Full walkthrough: [Agents — full guide](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents) ## Sharpen the prompt → [Prompt examples & best practices](/en/resources/prompt) Add **Resources & external links** so the agent shares booking links, case studies, or testimonials at the right moment in DM. → [How to add resources](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents#resources) ## Next step → [3. Create your sequence](/en/instagram-inbound/3-sequence) # 3. Create your sequence Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/instagram-inbound/3-sequence Build inbound sequences for Instagram DMs, story replies, and comments — including keyword-based routing. An Instagram inbound **sequence** runs automatically every time someone interacts with your account. You can create one sequence per trigger type, or use **keywords** to route different topics to different agents. ## Three inbound triggers | Trigger | Fires when | | -------------------- | -------------------------------------- | | **Message received** | Someone DMs your account | | **Story reply** | Someone replies to one of your stories | | **Comment** | Someone comments on one of your posts | ## Build a sequence Go to **[Sequences](https://app.orsay.ai/sequences)** → **Create sequence**, give it a name, and select **Instagram**. Choose **Message received**, **Story reply**, or **Comment**. Click **+** and **Add action step**, then select your Instagram account. For **Story reply** and **Comment**, you can add **trigger keywords**: * Sequence runs **only when** the comment/reply contains one of the keywords * Case-insensitive, OR logic * Without keywords, the sequence is **global** and runs on every comment/reply You can also **scope the sequence to specific posts or stories** — useful when one post has very different intent from the others. **Matching priority:** post/story-scoped sequences run first, then keyword sequences, then the global fallback. This is the **first reply** sent. You can include a link or a button. Personalize with `{{first_name}}`, `{{last_name}}`. Pick the agent. Set **answer delay**, choose whether to reply to people you've already talked to, and add **follow-ups** for leads who go quiet. Toggle on and publish. The sequence is live. ## Keyword routing example \[#keyword-routing] A coach has one Instagram post titled *"Drop a đŸ”„ if you want my pricing."* They build: * A **keyword sequence** with `pricing, price, fire` → routes to the **sales agent** that sends the offer. * A **global sequence** → routes everything else to the **conversation agent** that simply engages. → Changelog entry: [Keyword-based flows for Instagram](/en/changelog#instagram-keyword-flows) ## Next step → [4. Manage conversations](/en/instagram-inbound/4-conversations) # 4. Manage conversations Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/instagram-inbound/4-conversations Follow every Instagram conversation in Orsay — and take over when you want to handle a lead personally. Every Instagram lead that interacts appears in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)**. ## Follow conversations in Orsay The [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) page lists every active thread (DM, story reply, or comment-converted-to-DM), classified by the AI: * **Positive** — booked or about to book * **Engaged** — talking but not qualified yet * **Negative** — not interested * **Undetermined** — no signal yet Each thread shows the trigger (DM / Story reply / Comment) and links to the original post or story. Filter, sort, and search across everything. ## Take over a conversation For high-value leads, step in yourself: * Open the thread and reply directly in Orsay. * Send text, an image, or a voice note from the input bar. * Use **Text-to-Audio** to send a voice note in your cloned voice. → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning) When you reply, the AI agent **disables itself for that thread automatically**. Re-enable it with the toggle when you're done. Instagram messages are not synced to your phone via Orsay. All takeover happens inside the [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) page (or directly inside the Instagram app, if you prefer — but Orsay won't know you replied there until the next message arrives). ## Re-classify and improve the agent If the AI puts a thread in the wrong bucket, re-classify it manually. Your corrections feed [Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements), where the AI scans the last 24h of conversations and suggests rules to add to your agents. ## Export everything Click **Export** on [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) to download a CSV with every message and lead profile. → [Export conversations](/en/changelog#conversations-export) ## You're live The full Instagram inbound loop: **connect → agent → sequence → conversations**. Connect your WhatsApp Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/personal-whatsapp/1-connect Link your personal WhatsApp to Orsay by scanning a QR code — no Business API setup required. **Why personal WhatsApp?** Two big advantages over the Business API: * **Send a voice message as the very first message** — leads hear your real voice before reading any text. * **No 24-hour messaging window** — you can message and reply at any time without restrictions. ## Connect via QR code In the left sidebar, click **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → **[Personal WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/personal-whatsapp)**. Click the **Connect** button. A QR code appears on screen. On your phone, open WhatsApp → **Settings** → **Linked devices** → **Link a device**, then scan the QR code displayed in Orsay. Keep your phone connected to the internet. Orsay sends from your real WhatsApp account, so the phone needs to be reachable. ## Connection status Once linked, the [integrations page](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/personal-whatsapp) shows a live **Connected / Disconnected** indicator (refreshed every 15 seconds). If your phone goes offline or you log out from your phone, Orsay will show **Disconnected** and pause the sequence — reconnect by re-scanning a new QR code. ## Daily sending limit \[#daily-sending-limit] To protect your number from being flagged or banned by WhatsApp, each connected number is capped at **\~37 new conversations per day**. This cap is lower than a regular Business API number on purpose — personal numbers are more sensitive to being flagged for automated behavior. Once the cap is hit, new leads wait until the next day; it resets on a rolling 24-hour basis. Connect additional numbers to raise your total daily capacity. ## Next step → [2. Create an agent](/en/personal-whatsapp/2-agent) # 2. Create an agent Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/personal-whatsapp/2-agent Build an AI agent that talks to your leads on personal WhatsApp. The **agent** is the AI brain that replies to every lead. Personal WhatsApp uses the same agent system as every other channel — once built, an agent can power any sequence. ## Quick path In the left sidebar, click **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)** → **+ Create agent**. The fastest start. Answer 8 short questions about your business, your offer, and your tone. Orsay generates the prompt for you. Click **Save draft**, preview the conversation in the test panel, then **Publish agent**. → Full walkthrough: [Agents — full guide](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents) ## Sharpen the prompt Need ideas for what to put in the agent's brief? The Resources page shows real prompt examples by industry, plus the structure that consistently books calls. → [Prompt examples & best practices](/en/resources/prompt) Add **Resources & external links** to your agent (booking links, case studies, landing pages, testimonials). The AI will share each one at the right moment in the conversation. → [How to add resources](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents#resources) ## Next step → [3. Create your sequence](/en/personal-whatsapp/3-sequence) # 3. Create your sequence Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/personal-whatsapp/3-sequence Build the automated flow that reaches your leads on personal WhatsApp — including voice messages as the first template. A **sequence** is the automated flow that runs whenever a lead enters the funnel: it sends the first message, hands the conversation to the agent, and runs follow-ups if the lead goes silent. ## Build a Personal WhatsApp sequence Go to **[Sequences](https://app.orsay.ai/sequences)** → **Create sequence**. Give it a name. Select **Personal WhatsApp** as the channel, then choose your trigger: * **Message received** — runs when a lead messages your number first * **Contact subscribed to sequence** — runs when a lead is added (CSV upload, Zapier, or manual) The first step is the **template message** — the very first thing the lead sees. With Personal WhatsApp, you have a choice: * **Text** — write a personalized opener (supports `{{first_name}}`, `{{last_name}}`). * **đŸŽ™ïž Voice message** — record directly in the editor or upload a file (max 25 MB; MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, WebM). The voice message is sent **before** the text. Voice messages on the first step dramatically lift reply rate on cold outreach — your lead hears your voice before they read anything. Pick the agent you created in step 2. Set the **answer delay** (3–10 minutes feels natural) and decide whether the agent should reply to people you've already talked to. Configure automatic follow-ups — these re-engage leads who replied once and went quiet. Set how long to wait before each follow-up. Activate the sequence with the toggle and click **Publish**. The sequence is now live — every matching lead enters automatically. ## Voice message as the template \[#voice-message-template] Only on Personal WhatsApp, the **first action step** can be a voice note. Subsequent steps stay in text and delays as usual. This is the single highest-impact lever Personal WhatsApp gives you. → Changelog entry: [Voice notes in personal WhatsApp sequences](/en/changelog#personal-whatsapp-audio) ## No 24-hour window Unlike the WhatsApp Business API, **Personal WhatsApp has no 24-hour reply window**. You and the agent can send messages whenever you want, even days after the last lead message. ## Daily sending limit Each connected number can start **\~37 new conversations per day** (see [1. Connect your WhatsApp](/en/personal-whatsapp/1-connect#daily-sending-limit) for why). If your sequence's daily volume exceeds this, leads queue and enter on the following day rather than failing — connect more numbers to raise the ceiling. ## Next step → [4. Connect Zapier](/en/personal-whatsapp/4-zapier) # 4. Connect Zapier to Orsay Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/personal-whatsapp/4-zapier Pipe leads from Facebook Ads, landing pages, or any source straight into your Personal WhatsApp sequence. If your leads come from outside Orsay — Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels, systeme.io, your CRM — connect **Zapier** so every new lead automatically flows into your Personal WhatsApp sequence and gets contacted within minutes. ## How it works A Zap watches your lead source. When a new lead is captured, Zapier calls Orsay's **Create Lead for Sequence** action, which drops the lead into the sequence you choose. Your sequence's first message (text or voice) goes out automatically. ## Set it up Go to **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → click **[Connect Zapier](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/zapier/connect-zapier)**. In Zapier, click **+ Create** to start a new Zap. Choose the platform that captures your leads — **Facebook Lead Ads**, **ClickFunnels**, **systeme.io**, or any compatible source. Select **Create Lead for Sequence** so each lead lands directly into a specific Personal WhatsApp sequence. Map the lead's **First Name**, **Last Name**, and **Phone Number** from your source to Orsay's fields. Select the **Organization** and the **Personal WhatsApp sequence** the lead should enter. To find a sequence ID, click next to the sequence name on the [Sequences page](https://app.orsay.ai/sequences). Once the Zap is live, every new lead captured by your source flows into Orsay and triggers your Personal WhatsApp sequence — voice message included if you set one. ## Sequence trigger requirement The Personal WhatsApp sequence you point Zapier at must use the **Contact subscribed to sequence** trigger. This trigger fires every time Orsay receives a new lead via Zapier (or CSV import). ## Next step → [5. Manage conversations](/en/personal-whatsapp/5-conversations) # 5. Manage conversations Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/personal-whatsapp/5-conversations Watch every conversation in Orsay — and take over directly from Orsay or from your phone. Once your sequence is live, every lead that engages appears in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)**. ## Follow conversations in Orsay In the **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)** page you see every active thread, classified into four buckets the AI updates as the conversation progresses: * **Positive** — booked or about to book * **Engaged** — talking but not yet qualified * **Negative** — not interested * **Undetermined** — no signal yet You can filter by classification, sort by newest/oldest, search, and click any thread to see the full message history. Re-classify manually if the AI gets it wrong — your correction also helps the AI improve via [Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements). ## Take over a conversation — two ways When you want to step in personally: ### From Orsay Open the thread in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)** and reply directly. You can: * Type a text reply. * Send a voice note (record in the input bar). * Use **Text-to-Audio** to convert text into your cloned voice. → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning) When you reply, the AI agent **disables itself** for that thread automatically. Re-enable it with the toggle when you're done. ### From your phone (Personal WhatsApp only) This is unique to Personal WhatsApp: because Orsay is connected to your real WhatsApp via QR code, **the conversation is also on your phone**. Open WhatsApp on your phone, find the chat, and reply normally. When you send a message from your phone, the AI agent in Orsay **also disables itself** for that thread — Orsay sees your reply and steps back, so you and the agent never talk over each other. Use phone takeover for high-value calls or when you're already chatting with the lead in person. Use Orsay takeover when you're at your desk and want to send a voice note in your cloned voice. ## Export everything \[#export] Need the data outside Orsay? Click **Export** on the [Conversations page](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) to download a CSV with every message, lead profile, and qualification status. → [Export conversations](/en/changelog#conversations-export) ## You're live That's the full Personal WhatsApp loop: **connect → agent → sequence → conversations**. From here: * Add **voice cloning** for AI voice replies → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning) * Watch your numbers → [Analytics](/en/overview/analytics) * See what shipped recently → [What's new](/en/changelog) # 🔑 REST API Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/resources/api Programmatic access to Orsay via API key ## Overview The Orsay REST API allows you to manage sequences and access conversations programmatically from your own server. This is useful for: * Automating sequence creation from a VPS or cron job * Integrating Orsay into your existing pipeline (e.g., Instagram → DM sequence) * Building custom automations without going through the dashboard * Retrieving conversation data for your CRM or analytics tools ## Authentication All API requests require a **Bearer token** using your API key. ```bash theme={null} curl -X GET https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/api/v1/sequences \ -H "Authorization: Bearer sk_live_your_api_key_here" ``` ### Getting your API key 1. Go to **Settings → API Keys** in the Orsay dashboard 2. Click **Generate API Key** 3. Copy the key immediately — it won't be shown again Your API key gives full access to your organization's sequences. Keep it secret and never expose it in client-side code. ## Rate Limiting The API is rate-limited to **200 requests per hour** per organization. If you exceed this limit, you'll receive a `429 Too Many Requests` response with a `Retry-After` header indicating how many seconds to wait. ## Base URL ``` https://client.api.prod.orsay.ai/api/v1 ``` ## Endpoints ### List Agents ```bash theme={null} GET /agents ``` Returns all AI agents for your organization. **Response:** ```json theme={null} [ { "id": "e5f6g7h8-...", "name": "Sales Agent", "is_published": true } ] ``` *** ### List Profiles ```bash theme={null} GET /profiles ``` Returns all connected Instagram and WhatsApp profiles. **Response:** ```json theme={null} { "instagram": [ { "id": "12345678", "username": "mybusiness", "status": "CONNECTED" } ], "whatsapp": [ { "id": "abcd-1234-...", "name": "My WhatsApp", "status": "CONNECTED" } ] } ``` *** ### List Sequences ```bash theme={null} GET /sequences ``` Returns all sequences for your organization. **Response:** ```json theme={null} [ { "id": "a1b2c3d4-...", "name": "Welcome DM", "trigger": "INSTAGRAM_MESSAGE", "channel": "INSTAGRAM", "active": true } ] ``` *** ### Get Sequence ```bash theme={null} GET /sequences/{sequence_id} ``` Returns full details of a specific sequence. **Response:** ```json theme={null} { "id": "a1b2c3d4-...", "name": "Welcome DM", "trigger": "INSTAGRAM_MESSAGE", "channel": "INSTAGRAM", "active": true, "type": "INBOUND", "agent_id": "e5f6g7h8-...", "profile_id": "12345", "inbound_response_delay": 5, "inbound_response_delay_unit": "MINUTES", "flow": [ { "delay": 0, "delay_unit": "MINUTES", "content": "Hello! Orsay uses Claude (Anthropic's AI) to power your conversational agents. To connect your own Claude API key to Orsay, you need to create one in the Anthropic console. With your own API key, you control your usage directly with Anthropic. ## Step 1 — Create an Anthropic account 1. Go to [console.anthropic.com](https://console.anthropic.com) 2. Click **Sign Up** 3. Register with your email or via Google ## Step 2 — Add credits Before you can generate an API key, you need to add credits to your account. 1. In the console, go to **Billing** (left menu) 2. Click **Add credits** 3. Enter your credit card details and choose an amount Start small ($5–$10) to test. You can top up at any time. ## Step 3 — Generate an API key 1. In the console, go to **API Keys** (left menu) 2. Click **Create Key** 3. Give it a name (e.g., `Orsay`) 4. Copy the key shown — **it won't be visible again** Your API key starts with `sk-ant-...`. Never share it or commit it to a Git repository. ## Step 4 — Add the key to Orsay 1. In Orsay, go to **Settings → Integrations** 2. Paste your key in the **Claude API Key** field 3. Click **Save** Your agents now use your own Claude key. ## Choosing the right model Anthropic offers several Claude models. Here's an overview: | Model | Recommended use | Cost | | ------------- | ------------------------------------ | -------------- | | Claude Haiku | Fast replies, simple conversations | Cheapest | | Claude Sonnet | Quality / cost balance (recommended) | Medium | | Claude Opus | Complex tasks, advanced reasoning | Most expensive | For most Orsay use cases, **Claude Sonnet** is the best trade-off. ## Monitor your usage In the Anthropic console, the **Usage** tab shows you: * Tokens consumed per day * Associated cost * Breakdown by model You can also set up **budget alerts** under **Billing → Budget & Alerts** to get notified when your usage exceeds a threshold. ## Frequently asked questions Go to **API Keys** in the Anthropic console, delete the old key, then create a new one. Update the key in Orsay immediately. Yes, technically you can — but we recommend creating a separate key per workspace to better isolate usage tracking. Anthropic does not offer a free trial on the API. You need to add credits upfront, but the minimum is very low — a few dollars is enough to get started. # 🚹 F.A.Q Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/resources/faq Some questions about Orsay ## 1. Please click this link to schedule a 15-minute demo: [**YourDemoLink.com**](https://yourdemolink.com/).” 6. **Clear Requirements** * Use bullet points or short sentences to explain each step. * Keep it straightforward and in a direct, sales-focused tone. **Sample Prompt** (you can copy/paste and adjust): > “Create a sales AI agent named Bella for X-Mark Solutions. The agent should: > > * Briefly introduce our **cloud-based CRM** and how it helps increase lead conversions. > * Ask 3-4 **qualifying questions** about the prospect’s current sales process. > * Use a direct **call to action** inviting the prospect to learn more. > * Provide a **confirmation link** for scheduling a demo: [YourDemoLink.com](https://yourdemolink.com/). > * Maintain a clear, concise, and results-oriented **sales tone** throughout.” 1. **Paste your prompt** into the text box. 2. **Preview agent** to see the conversation flow. 3. **Refine** if needed (e.g., adjust questions, tone, or CTA). 4. **Create your agent** once satisfied. By following these guidelines, you’ll ensure your **sales AI agent** is set up to **qualify prospects**, clearly communicate **product benefits**, and **drive them** to the next step. Connect WhatsApp Business API Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/whatsapp-api/1-connect Set up an official WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) with Orsay — verified, scaleable, with approved templates. The WhatsApp Business API is Meta's official channel for businesses. It requires a **verified WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)** and **approved templates** for sending the first message — but in exchange, you get a green-tick checkmark, no daily message caps, and full Meta support. You have **two options**: create a brand-new WhatsApp Business account from scratch, or connect an existing WhatsApp Business app you already use. ## Option A — Create a new WhatsApp Business account In the sidebar, click **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → **[WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/whatsapp)**. Add a name and profile picture, then click **Connect a new WhatsApp number**. You're redirected to Facebook. Approve the initial dialogs, then select your **Business Manager**. Click **Create a new WhatsApp Business Account**. Use a name in the format **"Name - Your Company"** (Meta requires this for approval). Add a phone number that is **not currently linked to any WhatsApp account**. We recommend [On Off Business](https://onoffbusiness.com) to get a clean number quickly. Validate with the 2FA code sent to that number. ## Option B — Connect an existing WhatsApp Business This option only works if your phone uses the **WhatsApp Business** app — not a personal WhatsApp account. (For personal WhatsApp, use the [Personal WhatsApp channel](/en/personal-whatsapp/1-connect) instead.) Go to **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations)** → **[WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/whatsapp)** → create a profile and click **Connect WhatsApp number**. In the Facebook flow, choose **Connect with existing WhatsApp Business App**. Enter your phone number, scan the QR code, and validate with the 2FA code. ## Validate the phone number for sending Before you can send messages, Meta requires a payment method on the WhatsApp Business Account. Go to [business.facebook.com/billing\_hub](https://business.facebook.com/billing_hub), select the right business, open **WhatsApp**, and add a card. Click the **TEST** button, input your personal WhatsApp, and click **SEND**. If you receive the message, your account is fully ready. ## Create your template messages Templates are the **only** way to start a conversation on the WhatsApp Business API (Meta's rule). Once a lead has replied, the agent can write freely for 24 hours. → Create templates in **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/whatsapp) → Templates**, submit for Meta approval (usually a few hours), then use them in your sequence. ## Next step → [2. Create an agent](/en/whatsapp-api/2-agent) # 2. Create an agent Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/whatsapp-api/2-agent Build the AI agent that handles WhatsApp Business conversations after the template message. The **agent** takes over the conversation after Meta's approved template message kicks it off. Same agent system as every other channel. ## Quick path Open **[Agents](https://app.orsay.ai/agents)** and click **+ Create agent**. The fastest path is **Guided AI Setup** — answer 8 questions and Orsay writes the prompt for you. Preview the conversation in the test panel, then **Publish**. → Full walkthrough: [Agents — full guide](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents) ## Sharpen the prompt → [Prompt examples & best practices](/en/resources/prompt) Add **Resources & external links** to your agent so the AI shares booking links, case studies, and testimonials at the right moment. → [How to add resources](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents#resources) ## Next step → [3. Create your sequence](/en/whatsapp-api/3-sequence) # 3. Create your sequence Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/whatsapp-api/3-sequence Build the automated flow that opens conversations on WhatsApp Business — using approved templates. A **sequence** on the WhatsApp Business API always starts with an **approved template message** (Meta's rule). After the lead replies, the agent runs the rest of the conversation. ## Build a WhatsApp Business sequence Go to **[Sequences](https://app.orsay.ai/sequences)** → **Create sequence**. Select **WhatsApp** as the channel. | Trigger | When it fires | | ---------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------- | | **Message received** | Each time a new lead messages your number | | **Contact created** | For any new lead not already in another sequence | | **Contact subscribed to sequence** | For leads added to this sequence (CSV upload or Zapier) | Click **+** and **Add action step**. Select your **WhatsApp account**. Pick the **approved template message** and its language. Pick the agent. Set the **answer delay** and add **follow-ups** if needed, then click **Confirm**. Activate the sequence with the toggle and **publish**. ## The 24-hour rule WhatsApp Business has a **24-hour messaging window**: after a lead replies, the agent can write freely for 24 hours. After that, you must send another approved template to re-open the conversation. Use **follow-ups** in the sequence to schedule template-based re-engagements at the right cadence. ## Bulk leads via CSV or Zapier Got an existing lead list? Two ways to push them into a sequence: * **CSV upload** — **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Bulk Leads](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/bulk-leads) → Upload Files**. The sequence must use the **Contact subscribed to sequence** trigger. * **Zapier** — connect your lead source (Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels, etc.) and route every new lead automatically. → covered in the next step. ## Next step → [4. Connect Zapier](/en/whatsapp-api/4-zapier) # 4. Connect Zapier to Orsay Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/whatsapp-api/4-zapier Pipe leads from Facebook Ads, landing pages, or any source straight into your WhatsApp Business sequence. If your leads come from outside Orsay — Facebook Ads, ClickFunnels, systeme.io, your CRM — connect **Zapier** so every new lead automatically flows into your WhatsApp Business sequence and gets the approved template message within minutes. ## How it works A Zap watches your lead source. When a new lead is captured, Zapier calls Orsay's **Create Lead for Sequence** action, which drops the lead into the sequence you choose. The sequence's approved template goes out, and the agent takes over after the lead replies. Select **Create Lead for Sequence** so each lead lands directly into a specific WhatsApp Business sequence. Map the lead's **First Name**, **Last Name**, and **Phone Number** from your source to Orsay's fields. Select the **Organization** and the **WhatsApp Business sequence** the lead should enter. To find a sequence ID, click next to the sequence name on the [Sequences page](https://app.orsay.ai/sequences). Once the Zap is live, every new lead captured by your source flows into Orsay and triggers your WhatsApp Business sequence with the approved template message. ## Sequence trigger requirement The WhatsApp Business sequence you point Zapier at must use the **Contact subscribed to sequence** trigger. This trigger fires every time Orsay receives a new lead via Zapier (or CSV import). ## Next step → [5. Manage conversations](/en/whatsapp-api/5-conversations) # 5. Manage conversations Source: https://docs.orsay.ai/en/whatsapp-api/5-conversations Follow every WhatsApp Business conversation in Orsay — and take over when needed. Every lead that engages with your WhatsApp Business sequence appears in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)**. ## Follow conversations in Orsay The **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)** page lists every active thread, classified by the AI: * **Positive** — booked or about to book * **Engaged** — talking but not qualified yet * **Negative** — not interested * **Undetermined** — no signal yet Filter by classification, sort, search, and click any thread to read the full message history. Re-classify manually if the AI is wrong — corrections feed [Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements) so the agent learns. ## Take over a conversation For high-value leads, step in yourself: * Open the thread in Orsay and **type a reply** directly. * Send a voice note from the input bar, or use **Text-to-Audio** with your cloned voice. → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning) When you reply, the AI agent **disables itself for that thread automatically**. Re-enable it with the toggle when you're done. Unlike Personal WhatsApp, the WhatsApp Business API does **not** sync messages to a phone. All takeover happens inside Orsay. ## Watch the 24-hour window Each thread shows time remaining in the 24-hour reply window. After it expires, the agent can no longer free-text — only an approved template can re-open the conversation. ## Export everything \[#export] Click **Export** on [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) to download a CSV with every message, lead profile, and qualification status. → [Export conversations](/en/changelog#conversations-export) ## You're live The full WhatsApp Business loop: **connect → agent → sequence → conversations**.
