# 5. Manage conversations

> Watch every conversation in Orsay — and take over directly from Orsay or from your phone.

Once your sequence is live, every lead that engages appears in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)**.

## Follow conversations in Orsay

In the **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)** page you see every active thread, classified into four buckets the AI updates as the conversation progresses:

* **Positive** — booked or about to book
* **Engaged** — talking but not yet qualified
* **Negative** — not interested
* **Undetermined** — no signal yet

You can filter by classification, sort by newest/oldest, search, and click any thread to see the full message history. Re-classify manually if the AI gets it wrong — your correction also helps the AI improve via [Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements).

## Take over a conversation — two ways

When you want to step in personally:

### From Orsay

Open the thread in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)** and reply directly. You can:

* Type a text reply.
* Send a voice note (record in the input bar).
* Use **Text-to-Audio** to convert text into your cloned voice. → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning)

When you reply, the AI agent **disables itself** for that thread automatically. Re-enable it with the toggle when you're done.

### From your phone (Personal WhatsApp only)

This is unique to Personal WhatsApp: because Orsay is connected to your real WhatsApp via QR code, **the conversation is also on your phone**. Open WhatsApp on your phone, find the chat, and reply normally.

When you send a message from your phone, the AI agent in Orsay **also disables itself** for that thread — Orsay sees your reply and steps back, so you and the agent never talk over each other.

<Tip>
  Use phone takeover for high-value calls or when you're already chatting with the lead in person. Use Orsay takeover when you're at your desk and want to send a voice note in your cloned voice.
</Tip>

## Export everything \[#export]

Need the data outside Orsay? Click **Export** on the [Conversations page](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) to download a CSV with every message, lead profile, and qualification status. → [Export conversations](/en/changelog#conversations-export)

## You're live

That's the full Personal WhatsApp loop: **connect → agent → sequence → conversations**. From here:

* Add **voice cloning** for AI voice replies → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning)
* Watch your numbers → [Analytics](/en/overview/analytics)
* See what shipped recently → [What's new](/en/changelog)
