## Sharpen the prompt

Need ideas for what to put in the agent's brief? The Resources page shows real prompt examples by industry, plus the structure that consistently books calls.

<Tip>
  Add **Resources & external links** to your agent (booking links, case studies, landing pages, testimonials). The AI will share each one at the right moment in the conversation. → [How to add resources](/en/guides\&tutorials/agents#resources)
