* Status filter tabs: Pending, Approved, Dismissed, All
* **Run Review** button — triggers an AI scan of the last 24 hours of conversations (rate-limited)
* Shows last run time
* Review cards displaying:
  * Lead name, severity (HIGH / MEDIUM / LOW), type (QUALITY, GUARDRAIL, TONE), channel, status
  * The problematic message (highlighted)
  * The AI-suggested fix/rule
* Actions: Approve (assign to an agent), Dismiss, Cancel (revert approval)
