# 4. Manage conversations

> Follow every Instagram conversation in Orsay — and take over when you want to handle a lead personally.

Every Instagram lead that interacts appears in **[Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations)**.

## Follow conversations in Orsay

The [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) page lists every active thread (DM, story reply, or comment-converted-to-DM), classified by the AI:

* **Positive** — booked or about to book
* **Engaged** — talking but not qualified yet
* **Negative** — not interested
* **Undetermined** — no signal yet

Each thread shows the trigger (DM / Story reply / Comment) and links to the original post or story. Filter, sort, and search across everything.

## Take over a conversation

For high-value leads, step in yourself:

* Open the thread and reply directly in Orsay.
* Send text, an image, or a voice note from the input bar.
* Use **Text-to-Audio** to send a voice note in your cloned voice. → [Voice cloning](/en/guides\&tutorials/voice-cloning)

When you reply, the AI agent **disables itself for that thread automatically**. Re-enable it with the toggle when you're done.

  Instagram messages are not synced to your phone via Orsay. All takeover happens inside the [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) page (or directly inside the Instagram app, if you prefer — but Orsay won't know you replied there until the next message arrives).

## Re-classify and improve the agent

If the AI puts a thread in the wrong bucket, re-classify it manually. Your corrections feed [Conversation Improvements](/en/overview/conversation-improvements), where the AI scans the last 24h of conversations and suggests rules to add to your agents.

## Export everything

Click **Export** on [Conversations](https://app.orsay.ai/conversations) to download a CSV with every message and lead profile. → [Export conversations](/en/changelog#conversations-export)
