## WhatsApp round videos (PTV) \[#whatsapp-round-video]

Send **round videos** (Push To Video) in your WhatsApp sequences — the native circular format that shows up directly in chat as a video note. Open rates skyrocket compared to a regular video link.

* Format: square video (1:1), **max \~60 seconds**, MP4 H.264.
* Record on the spot from your device or upload a file (public URL, base64, or multipart).
* Works on Personal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business API.
* Available options: `delay`, `quoted`, `mentionsEveryOne`, `mentioned`.

## Voice notes in personal WhatsApp sequences \[#personal-whatsapp-audio]

Connect your **personal WhatsApp** with a QR code — no Business API setup — and **send a voice note as the template (first message)** of any sequence. Leads hear your real voice before reading any text, which dramatically lifts reply rate on cold outreach.

* Connect via **[Integrations](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations) → [Personal WhatsApp](https://app.orsay.ai/integrations/personal-whatsapp)** → scan the QR code on your phone.
* In any Personal WhatsApp sequence, switch the **first action step** to *Voice note* — record in-editor or upload (max 25 MB; MP3, M4A, WAV, OGG, AAC, WebM).
* The voice note plays *before* the text; subsequent steps stay in text and delays.

## Claude MCP integration \[#claude-mcp]
